IST Series – Serial Memory Tokens - Datasheet

The IST series of SlimLine™ memory tokens provides an ultra-rugged, portable memory device for data storage/transport. The memory token can also be used as a re-writable credential. Each token contains an EEPROM with an I2C serial interface and 1Kb, 4Kb, 16Kb, 64Kb or 256Kb of non-volatile memory. The tokens feature redundant contacts so they can be inserted either side up.
