Are Datakey Parts RoHS Compliant?

All Datakey products with part numbers ending in an "A" are RoHS compliant.

Beginning with RoHS 2 (Directive 2011/65/EU) RoHS became a CE marking directive. Datakey product datasheets contain the CE logo along with a declaration that the product(s) covered by the datasheet conform with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliment and of the Council of 8 June 2011 (commonly known as RoHS 2), and as amended by Directive 2015/863/EU (commonly known as RoHS 3), on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Additionally, the CE mark is also included as part of the label on Datakey product packaging.

If you require a CE Certificate of Conformance that declares conformance with the RoHS 3 directive, you may download the certificates below. There are two certificates. One covers Datakey memory keys and tokens (all form factors) and the other covers Datakey receptacles (all form factors). Please note that these two documents call out the product family or model number rather than specific part numbers.
