Datakey UFX-I memory tokens give embedded designers USB flash drive functionality in a more robust and secure form factor than consumer flash drives. As part of the Industrial RUGGEDrive line, UFX-I tokens are rated for operation over the entire industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +85˚C. UFX-I models utilize Triple-Level Cell (TLC) 3D NAND flash, while UFX-IS models utilize TLC 3D NAND flash operating in pseudo-Single-Level Cell (pSLC) mode.

Datakey UFX-IS memory tokens give embedded designers USB flash drive functionality in a more robust and secure form factor than consumer flash drives. As part of the Industrial RUGGEDrive line, UFX-IS tokens are rated for operation over the entire industrial temperature range of -40˚C to +85˚C. UFX-IS models utilize TLC 3D NAND flash operating in pseudo-Single-Level Cell (pSLC) mode. This increases the number of program/erase cycles from 3,000 to 30,000 when compared to the UFX and UFX-I tokens, making UFX-IS tokens ideal for write-intensive applications.
