DFX PC Adapter
Datakey offers a PC Adapter for the DFX (SD) RUGGEDrive™ token. The DFX PC Adapter features a field-proven SR4220PCB Receptacle on one end (for the memory token) and a USB Type A connector on the other end (for easy direct connection to a PC).
The DFX PC Adapter features all circuitry necessary to convert the SD interface of the DFX Token to a USB 2.0 (high-speed) Mass-Storage-Device (MSD) interface (i.e. recognized as a letter drive on a standard PC).
The latest version of the DFX PC adapter (part number 607-0081-002A) differs from the previous adapter (part number 607-0081-000A) in that the new adapter enumerates as a USB hub with a downstream SD card reader, whereas the previous adapter lacked the USB hub.
