Datakey DFX memory tokens provide SD card functionality in a form factor that is more rugged and secure than consumer and industrial SD cards. DFX tokens offer high memory capacity (4 – 64 GB) and high throughput utilizing Secure Digital (SD) technology. Electrically, DFX tokens utilize a standard SD electrical interface (per the SD specification) – including support of SPI mode communications for embedded applications. DFX memory tokens utilize solid over-molded construction using tough, synthetic materials that protect its embedded memory from harsh environmental influences, such as dirt, moisture, chemicals, and electrostatic discharge. The tokens can also be customized with an OEM logo, used in place of the Datakey logo. This field-proven, rugged and reliable memory token and mating connector system deliver flexibility for embedded system designers - allowing for integration of a secure removable memory device in virtually any application/environment.
